I hope it’s cooled off some by the time you are reading this.
Summer is certainly a busy time. By the time you read this, you will have received your raffle tickets along with convention flyers. Please sell tickets and put out some flyers to spread the word. Also, it’s time to make plans to attend the convention, which is only a month away! See you at Lexington.

CONVENTION REPORT
Once again our fall convention is falling into place very nicely! I have been working on the demo’s and we are fortunate to have the degree of talent that has agreed to give seminars. This year we again have a mixture of familiar and new faces on the schedule. Rally Hess, Tom Olsen, Mark June, Dirk Miller, Rich Kasper, Scott Phillips, Lee Steinmeyer, Jim Cronin, Jeremy Kral and the list is being expanded as the days pass. With a little luck, it is our intensions To cover each regional species and also fur handling.
Check the new Nebraska Fur Harvesters website for updates and motels in Lexington. It was voted on and approved for the website to have a change of web masters and to be updated at the spring meeting. Go to http://nebraskafurharvesters.wordpress.com/ and check it out.
By now you will have received your NFH raffle tickets. This is the major fund raising project for our association. Remember to return them with a check to show your support in preserving out way of life.
