PRESIDENT’S REPORT
I hope everyone is doing well as they read this report. It is spring and it’s time to put out the garden, but if has been unusually cool here and the rain has kept the garden wet.
Summer will be here soon and that means conventions. The NTA convention will be in Lima, OH again this year and the FTA will hold its convention in Marshfield, WI. If you have never been to one, you should make plans to go. The TFTA will have a booth at the NTA convention. Also, I know a couple of members who plan to have booths selling equipment. If you do go, stop by and say hi.
This is an election year and you should be thinking of who you want to elect as officers of the TFTA. This is your association, not just the officers. If you would like to help in any way just let someone know. If you want something changed let someone know. We want to do what is best for the association. Chris Jacobsen, the state organizer , will be setting up the election committee soon.
As always, we are looking for places to hold our meetings. If you know of a place, please let Chris or myself know. Change of place can be a good thing.
