Any members available to relieve those working the booth for a few minutes would be appreciated. Please contact Ron Elliot. (see the website)

The Indiana DNR is currently taking comments on several potential rule changes. These include opening trapping for raccoon in October, rehabbing rules (do you really want human socialized coyotes in your backyard?), otter sitings, and more. Comments can be left at the www.in.dnr.gov, Natural Resource’s commission site. Please register your comments today.
If you have a question or comment, please see the indianatrappers.org website to submit them to the appropriate Board member.
Sincerely submitted.
— Fred Philips
Indiana reacoon could be trapped in october but the quality of fur would be less that early.
but ithis early season would help increase the numbers that are taken due to other hunting seasons (DEER)
would not impact the trappers from harvesting the animals and their sets not interfering with deer hunters
