Trapper & Predator Caller Executive Editor Jim Spencer is a lifelong trapper and respected expert within the industry. The Calico Rock, Ark., resident is also the author of Guide to Trapping, Turkey Hunting Digest, Bad Birds and Duck Hunting Basics. Spencer is a partner with Outdoor Writers Association of America (OWAA) member Jill Easton in Treble Hook Unlimited, an outdoor communications company. He has been executive editor of the publication since 2008. Editor’s Call is the lead-in column for each issue of Trapper & Predator Caller.
