REPORT
We had our annual convention on Aug. 15 at the Terreton rodeo grounds. Rick Williamson came and talked to us about the wolves and what is happening in Idaho and the surrounding states. He answered a bunch of questions and hopefully everyone took a little something home to think about.
I would really like to thank Rick Williamson, Glen Hanson, Montgomery Fur Co., Teton Trap Co., Randy Shuff, Delores and Glen Haire and especially my wife Tracy for making this work out. Tracy was not voted into office, but is there by default. She made the meat for the meal. She cooked up a beef roast and pulled BBQ pork. Another person who really makes this come together is our secretary Darlene Bradford. She makes calls and types up the notice letters and mails them all out.
In closing, I would also like to thank all that provided something for the auction and dinner. All of you that couldn’t make it missed a real good time. Please try to come next year and bring the kids. We haven’t had many kids the past couple of years and I have items for trap setting contests for them.
I hope to see everyone at the fur sale.
