Trapping Gear: J3 Outdoorz HAGz Beaver Rod Ends

The HAGz Beaver Rod Ends (both stake and stop ends) were designed to work seamlessly with the HAGz® Universal Lock, on 1/2-inch Fiberglass Beaver Rods.

The primary function of the design allows for the HAGz® Universal Lock to slide over the stake end. This allows the trapper to easily slide the lock, with trap attached, onto the beaver rod without tools or quick-attach devices necessary.

Not only is this system faster at the set, it’s more versatile. By being able to remove your trap with the HAGz® Universal Lock attached, you can now easily switch from rods to wire, chain, etc., without having a dedicated lock/drowning system set aside, since the HAGz® Universal Lock works on everything from wire to rebar. The rod ends accommodate 3/8-inch T-bar stakes and are made with a peen-on design — no bolts, screws or pins needed.

Now, let’s talk about storage. All trappers have had those tangled messes of traps, locks and rods/rebar in their trucks. This system of the HAGz® Beaver Rod Ends, HAGz® Universal Locks and 1/2-inch Fiberglass Beaver Rods eliminates those problems.

The rods store and carry with nothing on them other than the ends, making organization and transport headaches a thing of the past. As with all HAGz Trapping Products by J3 Outdoorz, they are built with efficiency, quality and the trapper in mind, and manufactured here in the U.S.A.
