SECRETARY’S REPORT
To All,
I hope this year has been a good one for everyone. It sure was tough but struggle only makes us stronger right? There sure were a lot of people afield this year. I met some good people out in the meadows, I also ran into a couple who thought they owned the place. I guess you have to take these things in stride, there is no use in a confrontation or even responding to someone who may have a bad attitude. Remember if you don’t own or lease it, it is not yours and you may have to share it. Most folks understand this but there are always a couple and they stick out like a sore thumb, don’t be that person, eventually it will work against you whether you know it or not. The NAFA schedule was changed last minute this year with the June sale being cancelled and the April sale (what used to be the May sale is now back in May. At the time of this report it has not been finalized but we are going to have a meeting at Assunpink WMA in Freehold NJ March 22 (it may already have happened) we will have hoagies and soda and some pot luck stuff doughnuts and coffee. We hope to see you there. Our summer BBQ is in the planning. Last year we had a great time at Dan Wolff’s house. It is bring a dish. We had about 30 or so folks throughout the day. We have not finalized the location but we will let you know. — Andy Janson
