PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Hi everyone,
Talk about a quick summer. Time just keeps slipping away so fast. So many things to do and seemingly never enough time on hand. One thing I will take the time for is to see all of you at our Fall convention in Flandreau on Sept. 11 and 12.
The rendezvous will be held at the city park located on the east edge of town. I’m sure all you trappers will be able to sniff the exact location out. It’s going to be a very nice location and will work perfectly for our needs. We have a number of director positions whose terms are up. You will soon be getting a ballot with profiles of those nominated and running for these positions.
I encourage all of you to send in your vote. I know each one of these candidates and am excited for their involvement in SDTA. I would also encourage all of you to move the sportsman raffle tickets. Use and abuse your friends, family and neighbors for the chance of winning one of the great prizes on the ticket.
I don’t have a lot else to fill you in on at this time so we will see you in Flandreau, give me a call if I can answer any questions. Thanks.
— Kim Potter
