PRESIDENT’S REPORT

Maryland convention Aug. 23rd and 24th at Fairplay, Md in Washington County. No admission fee and free primitive camping. Grab your raffle chance money and stubs and your donation items for the state auction and come join us for a great time. Live music after the Friday night crab feast. Live trap line and plenty of dealers to satisfy your needs for trapping supplies. Make sure to stay for the membership meeting for the election of new officers. Help decide our direction for the next two years.

Time to start lining up your written trapping permissions and getting all your traps ready for the trapline. With the current fur prices, you can count on there being more competition this year. Make your contacts early.

Dist 8 will start meetings in October on the fourth Tuesday. We would like to have you join us. — Roger Ringgold, 410-634-2552, rogerringgold@ymail.com
