PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Hopefully everyone is having a good trapping season. I wanted to remind everyone about our Convention being on April 4 this year and at a new location (LDWF Education Center in Woodworth). I’ll mail out a map and agenda of the Convention a couple of weeks before. We will have a meeting to set up everything for the Convention on March 14 at 6 p.m. This meeting will be held at Dewey Wills WMA in LaSalle parish during the Youth Trapping Workshop. If you would like to help out at the Convention or do a demo but can’t attend this meeting please contact me. Donations for the auctions can be brought to the Convention or mailed to me.
There is still space available for the Youth Trapping Workshop. This is a very good opportunity for young trappers to learn from some of the best trappers in Louisiana. If you would like more information about this event, contact Curtis Cruse at 337-288-8959 or Ronnie Guy at 318-419-4703.
