SECRETARY’S REPORT
It has been exciting to get your membership renewals in the mail every day! About 35 members have saved $5 each by renewing before January 1st. Congratulations!
Our Membership Meeting is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 6, at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds, Hugo, CO. Plan to bring your furs in on Sunday morning and stay for the meeting. We need a quorum of 25 members.
Items on the agenda include reports of officers, directors, and committees; approval of the revised bylaws; proposed changes to CDOW Chapter 3 regulations, and any other business that may be brought before the membership.

AUCTION MANAGER’S REPORT
The Fur Auction is right around the corner and hopefully everyone is getting furs ready. If you haven’t seen the dates yet here they are. The tanned goods and carcass & antlers will sell Thurs. Feb. 10th 2011 at 1:00 P.M.
The raw fur will sell Fri. Feb. 11th 2011, at 8:00 A.M. Furs to be sold will be accepted at the door Feb. 5 & 6 2011. Furs to be shipped need to be received no later than Feb. 4, 2011 at 13385 Bradshaw Rd. Peyton, CO 80831.
